Key facts
- The process has five stages: enquiry, survey, quotation, installation, handover.
- A room-by-room heat loss calculation is carried out before any design is fixed.
- The written quotation lists every component and every cost.
- Installations are carried out through MCS-certified partners.
- Typically two to four days for a straightforward property, longer if radiators need replacing.
- You are never left without heat overnight during the installation.

The five stages of the process
Enquiry and phone call
You fill in the form or call us with your postcode, property type and what you currently spend on oil. We use that to understand the scope before anyone visits. No doorstep sales, no phone pressure.
The survey and heat loss calculation
A qualified surveyor visits and measures every room. A room-by-room heat loss calculation decides the system size, the radiators and the cylinder. This is the document everything else depends on.
The written quotation
You receive a written, itemised quotation with MCS-listed equipment confirmed on the document. It lists the unit, the cylinder, radiator changes, pipework, scaffolding and labour. You can compare it like for like with any other quote.
The installation
If you go ahead, the installation is carried out by our MCS-certified partner. Typically two to four days for a straightforward property, longer if radiators, pipework or a cylinder need replacing. You are never left without heat overnight.
Commissioning and handover
The system is commissioned and set to the correct flow temperature for your property. You get the performance certificate, the warranty paperwork and the insurance-backed guarantee documents. Everything in writing.
What is included in the installation
Everything below is in the written quotation. If something is not listed, it is not included — and we will tell you that plainly.
- A room-by-room heat loss calculation before any design is fixed
- MCS-listed equipment, confirmed in writing on your quotation
- A hot water cylinder sized for your household, not off the shelf
- Radiator and pipework upgrades where the calculation requires them
- Scaffolding included if needed — not charged as an extra
- A written, itemised quotation you can compare like for like
- Insurance-backed guarantee that survives if the installer ceases trading
- You are never left without heat overnight during the installation
Start the process with a survey
The first step is the survey and heat loss calculation. Fill in the form or call us to arrange a visit at a time that suits you.
