We are the data controller for the personal data you submit through this website. What data we collect

When you submit the quotation form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, monthly oil bill range and property type. We also receive the domain name of the site you submitted from and the page you were on. We do not collect any data from you if you only browse the site without submitting a form.

How we use your data

We use the information you submit to assess whether a heat pump is suitable for your property and to contact you about arranging a survey. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you submit the form, you agree that your data may be passed to our MCS-certified installation partners for the purpose of carrying out a survey or installation at your property. We only share your data with a partner when you have given consent by submitting the form, and only for the purpose of your enquiry.

Analytics and cookies

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and carry out any resulting work.
